By registering for or using Authentico™ Hub services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that business entity.
Authentico™ Hub provides managed WhatsApp Business API (WABA) phone lines rented from the platform. Each subscription plan includes a monthly package of AI tokens - the unit in which all AI usage is measured. Tokens cover everything a workspace consumes: customer conversations, voice note processing, and the client team's work in the AI dashboard. Usage beyond the included package is billed per million tokens at the rate stated in the plan; a partial billing period is prorated by day. WhatsApp conversation fees set by Meta are re-billed on the plan's terms, as recorded by Meta itself. Current plan prices, package sizes and rates are those published on the pricing page and in the client dashboard at the time of use.
Clients agree to comply with Meta WhatsApp Commerce & Business Policies. Sending unsolicited spam or misleading content is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination.
