Authentico™ Hub provides tools for businesses to manage AI agents and customer conversations on WhatsApp. This policy explains how account and service information is handled when you use our website and dashboard.
We use Firebase Authentication to support signing in with Google. Google provides account identifiers, your email address and verification status, and available profile information such as your name and profile image URL. We use this information to identify your signed-in account, display your name or email, check access and record administrative activity. Signing in does not by itself grant access to a workspace.
Google sign-in does not grant Hub access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, calendar or contacts. It is separate from the platform's own email delivery service. Your Google sign-in profile is not sent to customer AI agents or CRM systems by the sign-in flow.
We also process information you submit, such as your business name, email address, phone number and support requests. Connected WhatsApp services process messages, voice recordings, contact identifiers and message metadata to provide the configured business conversation service. These are separate from Google sign-in profile data.
Google Firebase Authentication manages authentication records. Hub uses Google Cloud Firestore for application access and activity records. Firebase session data is stored in your browser to keep you signed in between visits. Signing out does not delete your account or application records.
Google/Firebase processes information to provide authentication and hosting services. Authorized platform administrators may access account and activity records to manage access, investigate problems and provide support. Google sign-in data is not sold or used for advertising or training general-purpose AI models. Account access is protected by authentication and server-side authorization checks; no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Authentication records remain while your account exists. Application access and activity records are retained separately for service operation, security and applicable record-keeping obligations. Signing out, revoking Google access or deleting a workspace does not automatically delete all account, audit or backup records.
You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing privacy@authenticohub.com. We review the request, verify the requester's authority and identify the records concerned. We do not promise instant automatic deletion or a fixed completion time. Any records that must be retained and the reason will be explained in the response. See data deletion instructions.
