1. General Info & Subscription Plan
Administrator account
Only an active owner or administrator of this workspace can receive a reset link.
2. Profit Margin & Client Discounts
Taken off every charge for this client. An empty box means no discount is recorded, which is not the same as a discount of zero. 100 means this client is never charged.
Stored as a term of this client and applied to nothing today: the platform assembles no period bill, so nothing subtracts it. It is deliberately not taken off individual messages, which is what used to happen and drove every charge to zero. Where it lands is settled with the pricing model.
3. Legal & Invoicing Requisites
Billing period is platform-wide: one calendar month for every workspace.
